Ron Morrison has inspected two homes for me, homes that were very different in age, condition, and type. In both cases, the Home Inspection Report exceeded my expectations by several miles. Each report was thorough, covering all of the systems and structures of the home, but the inspection is also reasonable, and doesn't pretend to cover what is impossible to see or predict. The reports distinguished between serious problems and less vital problems, so I could plan what to do. The report was also an education for me about my home, and it gave me valuable maintenance tips on how to keep my home in good shape for years to come.
